Donna is HCCP’s in-house expert in Total Rewards, bringing over 25 years of experience in delivering strategic Human Resources solutions for diverse businesses. She brings proven experience in the design and implementation of competitive Human Resources programs and practices to attract, retain, and engage a talented workforce. Donna’s career history includes leadership positions in mid- and large-sized companies in both public and private sectors, including ICF International, GTE, and Deloitte. She successfully designed and implemented Total Rewards strategies, competitive pay strategies, and scalable compensation infrastructures.
In addition, she has led the development and implementation of workforce analysis and strategic Human Resources planning initiatives , including developing strategies for successful joint ventures, divestitures, and acquisitions. Donna brings an extensive experience in bringing practical, “user-friendly” solutions to complex Human Resources matters. Her solutions are recognized for being easy to understand, cost effective, and clearly aligned with business strategies. She has developed and implemented employee engagement surveys, exit surveys, and internal client satisfaction surveys to enable employers to stay in tune with their employees.
Donna received her Master of Science in Applied Economics from the University of North Texas and her Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from the University of the State of New York.
