Jill is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and an Executive Coach Trainer. She leverages her successful Civil Service career as a military planner, strategic planner, Agency Director, and the Director of Strategic Planning for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to help her clients lead more powerfully and effortlessly. Having transformed herself repeatedly throughout a challenging and rewarding Federal career, she has mastered the arts of personal transformation, navigating bureaucracies, leading changes, and maintaining a dynamic work-life balance.
Jill has 13 years of executive and corporate coaching experience, coaching over 350 individuals and teams. Most of her clients are at the Senior Executive Service level and several have been political appointees, Agency Directors, and Directors of Divisions with nation-wide and often global impact. In addition to working in the Federal Sector, Jill has worked extensively with both corporate and not-for-profit leaders and their teams. Jill’s specific specialty areas are leader development, leadership team focus and alignment, transition coaching, strategic planning and communication, leadership presence and skills, and identifying and leveraging personal strengths, goals, and brand.
Jill’s experience directing a studies and analysis agency and as the Director of Strategic Planning for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers enables her to support her clients at all levels in addressing strategy, resources, strategic alliances, organizational change, and team building issues. The empathy she feels for her clients dealing with the accelerating rate of change and complexity creates a trusting relationship that helps clients to be open and experimental. Jill has an undergraduate degree in English and History, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, and is a graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
