Kathleen is a Master Certified Coach and an Executive Coach Trainer who leverages her first career of 26 years international leadership experience to help clients get targeted results. Her primary focus is on leadership development and work-life balance. Through special partnerships, she supports clients to achieve their priority goals and move to the next level of enhanced well-being and mastery. Kathleen leads the Strategic Executive Coaching Alliance (SECA) Global Network of coaching leaders and directs the SECA Corporate Coach Certification Program, accredited by the International Coach Federation.
Kathleen initiates corporate leadership development programs, integrating executive coaching and training, supporting client leaders and organizations to shift to a coaching style of leading, navigating organizational change, and enhancing bottom line results. An executive coach for 17 years, she has led programs and worked with client leaders in Brazil, Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, Singapore, and throughout the U.S.
Kathleen was a pioneer leader during her first career with the U.S. Air Force, attaining the rank of Colonel. Some international highlights from her assignments include: Europe during Gulf War 1991-92, with a key logistics role for the U.S. with NATO; prior assignments in Japan and the Philippines; and policy development at the Pentagon.
Kathleen has an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Business, and served as a Professor of Strategic Leadership at the U.S. Defense University. She has a global approach to work and life, creating opportunities for adventure and travel with colleagues and friends.
